Short answer
A wind, solar or storage hybrid RFQ needs one coordinated collector and auxiliary-power diagram, with each generator and control interface assigned. Define MV feeders, substations, protection, metering and PPC/SCADA/EMS responsibilities separately; switchgear supply alone does not establish whole-plant grid compliance.

Coordinate collection, auxiliary power and the connection point
A hybrid plant can combine wind, PV and storage equipment from several suppliers. Define the collector network and control interfaces before quoting the distribution package, with each asset's scope clearly identified.
- Collector feeders, bus sections, metering and protection at the specified MV level.
- Substation and auxiliary distribution interfaces for plant operations.
- PPC, SCADA, EMS and turbine/inverter interfaces assigned to the responsible parties.
Supply scope and interfaces
| Package item | Information to confirm | Boundary to agree |
|---|---|---|
| Collector network | MV voltage, feeder schedule, fault duty, earthing and metering | Identify the connection point and each generation-unit interface |
| Substation and auxiliaries | Transformer and switchgear scope, auxiliary loads and expansion | Separate equipment supply from civil works and plant EPC |
| Plant control and grid compliance | PPC/SCADA/EMS protocols, signals, trip logic and studies | Assign integration, settings, commissioning and grid approval |

This JCON ELEC procurement guide organizes equipment and interface questions for project review. JCON product pages describe available equipment families; external manufacturer material is technical background, not evidence of JCON authorization, certification or a complete plant offer. Final ratings, compliance and responsibilities require approved project documents and an agreed supply scope.
