Scope of supply

A compact substation quotation is a coordinated equipment package, not just an enclosure or a list of cabinets. JCON ELEC reviews the MV unit, transformer, LV distribution and auxiliary systems against the single-line diagram and site arrangement.

Price and lead time follow the confirmed drawings, component brands and supply scope. The quotation must state packing, freight, destination, Incoterms and any site-service exclusions.

Reference ratings

Voltage referenceJCON reference data lists a 24 kV MV side and a 0.4 kV LV side. Other project voltages require a separate technical review.
Current reference630 A on the MV side; 1250 A on the LV side. Transformer capacity and each circuit rating are confirmed independently.
Fault-duty reference20 kA for 4 s is listed in the source materials; confirm the applicable circuit and matching verification documents before selection.
Enclosure and standards referenceIP33; GB/T 17467-2020 and DL/T 537-2018 as listed in JCON materials. Final design and applicable editions require project confirmation.

Agree document deliverables and checks against the offered assembly. A company certificate or standards reference does not verify every configuration.

Buyer questions

Is the transformer always included in the price?No. The quotation must identify the transformer, MV/RMU, LV panels, enclosure and auxiliaries separately, stating what is included, excluded or supplied by the buyer.
Is this a 10 kV or a 24 kV substation?The published JCON reference data is for a 24/0.4 kV configuration. A 10 kV or another voltage project needs its own SLD and equipment review; ratings are not transferred automatically between versions.
Does 1250 A specify the transformer capacity?No. It is an LV current reference, not a transformer kVA rating. Provide the required transformer capacity, voltage ratio and load schedule for a coordinated design.
Can the package be energized immediately after delivery?Factory integration does not replace site installation checks, earthing, protection settings, commissioning or local acceptance. Agree the responsibilities and acceptance procedure before ordering.
