Short answer
A useful GCS RFQ needs the SLD and a feeder schedule, not just a cabinet count. Define incomers, bus ties, outgoing and motor circuits, drawer arrangements, busbar duty, brands and installation conditions. Compare the complete assembly and document scope before comparing prices.

Separate panel functions and functional units
Identify main incoming sections, bus couplers, distribution feeders, MCC circuits and compensation as separate items. Drawer quantity and size should follow the circuit configuration and approved cabinet arrangement.
- List every feeder's load, quantity, protection and control requirements.
- Distinguish fixed sections, withdrawable units, spare ways and reserved space.
- Confirm whether power-quality monitoring, remote communications and software are included.
